It was unusual in that the heroine is a moonshiner and the hero is a detective. Like all of Carolyn Brown books the H /H are full of personality and spunk and I always find something to tickle my funny bone when I pick one up. There is no sex in this book and I don't believe there's any cussing either (but its been a while since|From Publishers Weekly|In 1920s Healdron, Okla., Tilly Anderson is an anomaly: she doesn't want a husband but she would like to have a baby.
